Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have "Point of Service" or "Out of Network" coverage for mental health?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Cash or check at the time of session.
Cancellations are to be done by telephone (person to person, or by leaving a message on our answering machine).
Cancellation 48 hours or more in advance - no charge.
Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance, and able to reschedule within the same work week - no extra charge.
Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance, and unable to reschedule within the same work week - 45 minute session charge.
No Show / No Call - pay the full cost for the time held.
